The National Highway Traffic Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) provides funding for traffic records improvements through Section 405c grant program. Members of the TRCC, Ohio government agencies and regional planning bodies are encouraged to submit project proposals that help to advance the TRCC's Strategic Plan and advancing its goals and objectives. Projects should align with one of the core traffic records system components and improve or enhance one or more of the six attribute areas.
